We review the project with you, analyzing numerous aspects such as area requirements, use of materials, construction methods and scheduling. With fact gathering substantially in hand, we proceed to the rough design stage, where we plot your needs onto paper. Besides your requirements, we consider amongst other things, site analysis, solar angles, materials and methods of construction, together with budget and scheduling parameters. We normally present a number of plans and elevations and, when required, a study/massing model for discussion.
